RETURNS POLICY
You have up to 30 days following your purchase to obtain an exchange or a refund, depending on the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must :
- Being unused,
- The box must not have been opened.
- You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase
The following products cannot be returned:
- Prepaid and gift cards
- Large appliances open box and watch
- Services, deliveries and facilities
- Mobile phones and wireless devices
Return of open boxproducts
You have up to 10 days following your purchase to obtain an exchange or a refund, partial for a product whose box has been opened. A fee of 15% of the purchase price will be charged for taking back an item that has been opened. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim. The box and product must be in perfect condition.
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Items on sale are not refundable.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it to 419 Denison Street West, Granby.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
